Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping and address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return items within 14 days for any reason.
As stated above, the items must remain in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
